Delete your Diagnify account

You can delete your Diagnify account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app

This is immediate and needs nothing from us.

Open Diagnify and sign in.
Open the sidebar and tap your account name at the bottom.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, or you no longer have the app installed, email clinical@diagnify.ai from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account.

We action verified requests within 30 days, and normally within two business days. We may need to confirm you control the email address before deleting, because deletion is irreversible and we will not act on an unverified request.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your profile: name, occupation, area and country of practice, registration body and number.
Every consultation, encounter and clinical record attached to your account, including any case text, uploaded documents and dictated audio transcripts.
Your saved history and any session state.

What is retained, and for how long

Technical logs — retained for a limited period for security and fault diagnosis, then deleted. These are not used to reconstruct your clinical content.
Records we are legally required to keep — retained only where Australian law requires it, and only for as long as it requires. If this applies to you, we will tell you what is being kept and why.
De-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you or to any patient may be retained.

Nothing retained is used to contact you or to provide the service after deletion.

Deleting individual records instead

If you want to remove a single consultation rather than your whole account, open it in your history and delete it there. Your account stays active.
